Bag in a box at Pigs Ear Festival 2016. Clear silver green gold colour. Some plasric film developer perry. Very decent perry. Some dryness on the finish. A little minty even. I thought rather good. Nice enough perry some sweetness. Ok.

Note: I had this in my notes written down as Burnard Stray Dog, 6.5% ABV, a GBBF no. 3 Cider (medium dry), so not sure whether this is the correct cider. GBBF Program also has it as "Stray Dog" instead of Straw Dog.] -- Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Clear pale yellow color, no head. Aroma appears to be quite balanced between sweetness and dry-ness. Taste apples, lightly sugar, sweet ripe apples. Quite balanced flavor as well, not too sweet and definitely not very dry. Decent.

Cask @ Stubbing Wharf, Hebden Bridge. Orange-pink in colour. No head and some fizz in the palate. The apple fruit flavour lingers in the back of the palate. Fairly dry cider.

500ml bottle from Glug, Newcastle. Pours golden yellow, still, medium dry, with a dry, modest fruitiness and some apple core / apple skins in the aftertaste. Wasn’t sure at first, but a definite grower.
