Gravity Cask @ Ludlow Spring Festival May 14. Pours hazy yellow with a spicy orange aroma. Taste presents some confident hefe flavours, wheat, orange zest, tropical fruit.. slowly fading towards the end of the glass. Not a bad effort, if a little weak.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2014. Black beer thin tan head. Mostly chocolate aroma. Smooth in mouth. It’s smooth yet slightly quirky. Quite hoppy bitter on the finish. A little dark fruit. Yes quite drinkable. Some pepper on the finish.

Cask at The Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a bubbly white head and some broken lace. The aroma is light malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a smooth malt big hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. One of the most bitter bitters I’ve ever had. Lekker!
