Can from local AH XL supermarket. Color: Hazy amber, beige head. Aroma: Malty, caramel. Disappointing, not much going on. Taste: Malty, some caramel, hints of figs, sugar syrup. Hoppy backbone. Lightly boozy finish. Just over medium body, just below average carbonation. Slightly sticky. Over moderate sweet and bitter. By far not a liquid dessert. Expected more from this beer.

Aus der Flasche im Sommer 2023 getrunken. Dieses Stout wird deutlich von Aromen Rosinen, Karamellcreme, Moskovado-Zucker und Bisquit beherrscht. Der Ausbau im Rumfass ist auch recht deutlich.

Can at home shared with Laura. Hazy very pale yellow color, medium white head. Aroma is citrusy like bitter lemon. Flavor is similar. Hmm not a fan.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx!-- Black, no head. Aroma of caramel and hazelnu butter. Very sweet with full body and sticky mouthfeel. Salty caramel and hazelnut butter. Simplistic and quite cloying.
