Description
Established in 2011, Mumbles Brewery has dedicated itself to producing quality real ales with a local flavour. That ‘local flavour’ comes from the beautiful Swansea in Wales. Their beers are only available in pubs throughout South Wales and Bristol, that is one of many reasons we chose them to be included in our boxes. We wanted you to be able to enjoy these excellent beers no matter where you are in the country. The Brewery started making real ale in 2013 in the Pilot Inn, Mumbles. A range of unique ales are brewed with local flavour.

Cask ale, half pint, shared with Finn at Commercial Rooms (JDW). Bright amber body, naked at the surface, lacing rings down the glass. Restrained smell of caramel malts. Taste of caramel mingled with dried fruits. On the sweet side of bittersweet ending. Smooth in the mouth and quite nice (Bristol 30.04.2017).
