Cask (backlog). Deep golden/amber colour with a small off-whtie head. Aroma is caramel, some biscuits, mild nutty and some citrusy and wooden notes to it. Flavour is floral, wooden and mildly nutty with some toasted and biscuity malts to it. Quite a crisp bitter, but leaves a bit watery on the palate.

500ml bottle into a UK pint sleeve at home on 30th Oct 2015. Slight haze to the blonde body, on top a white, thin head. Really floral in nature, both the nose and taste are dominated by a flowery perfume like feel, caramel notes burst through, giving it a sweet initial hint. The finish is more bitter and dry than the start, overall not bad at all: different and interesting blend throughout.

Cask at the Queens Hotel (JDW), Aldershot. Straw coloured with a think white head; floral aroma; soft texture with a floral taste with some citrus zest; then sharply bitter with a touch of spice; and a lasting finish. Full of flavour, and really outstanding for such a low ABV.
