Cask at Holyrood 9A. Pours clear amber, thick white head. Fruity aromas, light spice and toffee notes. Taste is more fruit and something near to whisky. Does exactly what it set out to do. Nice.

Cask (Lady Greys, Newcastle) - Amber in colour. Sultanas, apricot and biscuity malt in the aroma. Fruity and moderately bitter taste with apricot, peach and biscuity malt standing out.

Cask (Isis, Sunderland) - Dark amber in colour. Raisins, roasted malt and toffee in the aroma. Biscuity, nutty and malty taste with walnuts, orange and toffee.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 5/3/2014. Deep amber with a slight, off-white head. Sweetish, caramel, slightly earthy malts, with some plum fruits,a touch of orange peel and gentle finish. Good.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 3/3/2014. Golden with a decent white head. Stone fruits and cereal malts with a sharp, bitter finish. OK.

Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival, KEGS. Cask. Pretty much a clear gold beer. Small bubbly white head. Palate is light, dry and crisp. Light semi sweet malt. Floral tones. Nice light lemon and orange peel hops, even a touch of lime. Medium bitterness. Light dry finish. Good stuff!

Bradford Beer Festival. Mid-yellow with a thick head. Has a malty character and an unpleasant sour bitterness in its aftertaste.

Cask at the Watford Beer Festival 2013. Poured a clear, dark golden colour with a rocky white head. Aroma of golden syrup, citrus and spruce. Dry pine flavours with orange peal and boiled sweet hints. Palate was biscuity malt, gooseberry and some herbal notes.
