Cask (Brandling Villa, Gosforth) - Black in colour. Coffee, roasted malt and a hint of toffee int he aroma. Coffee, burnt toast, raisins and a hint of liquorice are in the taste.

Gravity dispense at the Happy Man May ’14 BF, Englefield Green, 22/05/14. Copper with a good sized off white head. Nose is orchard fruits, light smoke, malty tones. Taste comprises caramel, dark fruit twang, malt base, light nutty twang. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Ok bitter.

Cask at The Guildford. Pours clear amber, thin bubbly white head. One of those kinda malty, kinda fruity, not quite bitter enough things. Watery finish. OK.

Cask (Newcastle Beer Festival 2014) - Dark brown in colour. Roasted malt, blackcurrant and chocolate in the aroma. Roasted, malty and slightly fruity taste with chocolate, raisins and blackcurrant detected.
