750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived small white foam head and aroma of fleshy apple, caramel hint. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fleshy, caramel note, with sharp acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, very dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, perry pear, tangy, drying, some fruity, floral notes, citric with alittle drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tangy, tart, perry pear, fruity, some light funk, citrus notes and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

375ml wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, golden colour, big fizzy white foam head that rapidly diminishes to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, mucky funk hints. Taste is sweetish, tangy, perry pear, juicy & fleshy, with honey notes, some light woody funk and soft tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry mellow tannic finish. Very drinkable.

375m wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass. Opened with a loud pop. Deep orangey golden brown colour, with an off-white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of baked apple, funk, spice. The taste is sweet, tangy, apple, barnyard funk, orchardy, woody, leathery, some caramel and with mellow tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

375ml bottle, shared with Soph. Pours gold. Mild woody, smoky nose alongside fresh picked apple fruit. To taste the curious applewood smoked influence complements the natural fleshy fruit notes in quite a unique way. Really good overall.
