750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Deep yellowy gold colour, sparkling, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of mucky perry pears. Taste is sweetish, tangy & tart, perry pear, fruity, floral, honey notes, citric, with some funk, mellow and light tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium dry finish. Very drinkable.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, woody smoke, funky. Taste is fruity apple, juicy, smokey, woody, tar, phenolic notes, bittersharp, with some funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry smoked finish. Quite drinkable.

375ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Sparkling, very pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of floral, citrus, pear, caramel note. Taste is sweetish, sightly tart, musk stick hint, with perry pear, floral, citrusy and caramel notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is tart, fleshy, perry pear, fruity, citric acidic, some light funk & tannin, drying. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry & tart perry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, juicy, fleshy, some tartness, woody hints and slight tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry fruity finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, fleshy pear, with light tangy tartness, alittle wood, some funk and tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Aroma of fruit pie, citrus, vanilla, custard, caramel, pear drops and a slight mucky edge. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily texture, average carbonation. Nice tart finish.

27/11/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers! Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of apple, light wood, touch of brown sugar, funk and muck. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Tasted good, nice tart finish, less keen on aroma.
