Bottle from Drunk Dry, Kidlington, Oxon, consumed at home Thursday 6th July 2017. Very dark brown with a slim light beige head, slight murky appearance. Nice softness, the chocolate is lovely itโs smooth, creamy and with a little light cocoa dusting. The raspberries come through afterwards offering a little tart fruity tang. Bloody lovely. Bottle from The Angel, Bicester, consumed at home Thursday 11th May 2017 whilst making a Ranch Dressing. Pours straw coloured, perhaps heading towards a warm gold with a white head. Soft mouthfeel, a hint of mineral, flint and steeliness in the mouth. I really like this, I cannot recall how close this is to a Kolsch but I like it regardless. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Bottle from The Angel, Bicester, consumed at home Thursday 11th May 2017 whilst making a Ranch Dressing. Pours light/mid gold with a foamy white head. Soft mouthfeel, light fruity taste a little bit of a corny edge, likeable beer but I much prefer others in the core range. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2

Keg at Tap Social, Botley, Oxford, Friday 28th April 2017 Reddy brown with a slim off white rim, with a nice reddy glint. Soft in the mouth, candi sugar, warming and with a lovely spiciness. Really good and if I was in Belgium (and I am very often) I would be very happy supping this. A7 A4 T7 P4 OV14 3.6

Keg tap at the brewery tap. Dark gold with a hint of red. Tiny ring of white head. Strong aroma of kumquat peel with a strong herbal note. In the taste, you really get the cranberry and thyme in a medicinal/tart double whammy. Long sour finish. Nice.

Keg tap at the brewery tap. Fairly dark orange gold with good bit of white head. Mango and soft citrus in the aroma with enough malty notes to give it backbone. Excellent balance in the bready bittersweet taste. Slightly thin body and it finishes more bitter than I wouldโve liked. Still a pretty decent drop.

Keg at the brewery tap. Yellow orange and slightly glow in the dark. Flat. Pineapple, mango and urinary aroma. Fruity funky sour taste. Short but pleasant pineapple sour finish. A very decent sour without too much intensity.
