Tight bubbly tan head stayed on a reddish brown still body. Malt, caramel & spice aroma. Medium bodied, highly carbonated & thin on the back. Bitter fruity tastes with caramel, spices & malt.

Malty aroma with some tropical fruit. Some toast in the malty, sweetish flavor. Hints of licorice and alcohol. Medium bodied. Has more bite as the other Ename beers.

Only slight vanilla aroma. Fruity flavor (apple, orange), some hopbitterness, cellary. Just a bit of tartness. Maybe a bit thin. Not a bad beer at all, just uninteresting.

Only slight creamy and hoppy aroma. Malty flavor, some hopbitterness but not too much. Some alcohol. Fairly neutral, not too much flavor, not too much aroma. Inoffensive, but (again) uninteresting.

Ruby brown color, rather flat aroma with only a hint of caramel. Maybe a bit thin and watery texture. Caramelly flavor with just a hint of apple sourness. A bit dusty. Watered down and flat version of the real Oudenaards bruin.

Frothy head. Citric aroma. Sweetish, fruity flavor with orange. Just a bit yeasty, some alcohol present. Well made beer, but lacks complexity.

Orange color, huge frothy head. Fresh, hoppy, somewhat flowery aroma with a hint of vanilla. Hoppy vanilla flavor with just a bit of the typical Flemish sourness. Orange, even some milk. Well carbonated. Maybe a bit thin, but a complex beer, full of surprises. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ename Cuvée 974 on 26 Aug 2019 at 12:07 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Orange color, enormous creamy head. Citric, caramelly flavor. velvety mouthfeel. Nutty bitter aftertaste. Biscuity, malty sweet. Nice enough, but nothing outstanding.

Bottle. Grainy aroma. Grainy, just a bit hoppy flavor with hints of mint and medecin. Short aftertaste. Not too bad.

Grainy aroma and flavor with hints of apple and orange. Boring lager. Nothing more to say.

Dusty, glue-like flavor with just a bit of hops. Fairly dry, but watery. Better as many low alcohol beers, because it lacks any wort flavors..
