Description
Jaw Brew is the Premium Quality, Award winning, Craft Beer Pub & Brewery based in Milngavie, Glasgow. Producing superb beers that are brewed by hand in small batches.
At the brewery we normally produce batches of our beers in quantities of 800 litres, although we are also very happy to produce an individual brew for interested customers, which we can make on a smaller scale on our ’test’ kit to produce 200 litres of beer which we can provide in cask, keg, bottle or bag-in-box.

Bottle split at the Tropical Croydonia tasting on melt day, thanks to Scoopester, 01/07/15. Hazed orange topped with a moderate off white swirl. Nose is light spice, yeast esters, straw, clove, banana. Taste comprises tangerine, clove, straw, yeast, bread, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough example of the style.

Bottle shared at the Tropical Croydonia tasting. It pours hazy golden with a small, bubbly white head. The nose is soft, doughy, brioche, wheat, orange rind, clove rock, candied peel and orange chewits. The taste is smooth, toasty, watery, dough, cracker, pepper, dry chalky notes, stewed orange and sweet banana. Light-medium body, fine carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Not bad stuff. Drinkabel enough.

Tropical Croydonia Bottle Share. Thanks to Scopester. Lightly hazy gold beer, residual pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Low fine carbonation. Light pale malts, semi sweet. A kinda milky soapy floralness with a whisper of grain. Light over ripe citrus. Light finish. Just about scrapes a pass.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Paul. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a creamy white head. The aroma holds dry, flaked wheat, faint citrus peel. Light sweet flavor with subtle melon, bubblegum, more wheat. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced to finish with wheat sweetness, some mellow bitter citrus peel, lemon, gum. Quite nice.
