On cask at the Bow Bar. Appearance - copper to red. Nice fluffy head. Nose - light red fruits but mostly toffee. Taste - honey, some strawberry and light biscuit backdrop. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - I’d just like a little more biscuit bitterness but I’d happily have another.

On cask at the Blue Blazer, Edinburgh. Appearance - golden with a slight haze and a decent head. Nose - resin, apple skin and grapes. Taste - really metallic and like we’re all chewing on kale. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - oh boy there’s a serious green note thing going on - a bit cabbage chewing to be honest.
