Description
Jaw Brew is the Premium Quality, Award winning, Craft Beer Pub & Brewery based in Milngavie, Glasgow. Producing superb beers that are brewed by hand in small batches.
At the brewery we normally produce batches of our beers in quantities of 800 litres, although we are also very happy to produce an individual brew for interested customers, which we can make on a smaller scale on our ’test’ kit to produce 200 litres of beer which we can provide in cask, keg, bottle or bag-in-box.

Bottle from my local Scotmid. Appearance - golden with a thin head. That disappears quite quickly. Nose - honey and malt basically. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied, but could be fresher for the style. Overall - ok.

Handpull cask at the Laurieston, Glasgow. Honey brown and a bit cloudy, with a thin film of white head. Biscuity aroma with some ginger and candied orange peel. Taste is bitter and strangely medicinal. An acrid note follows all the way to the finish. A poor example of a style that isn’t great to begin with.
