Bottle 500ml. @ [ (PBF XII Tasting.) by oh6gdx ] - Petalax, Finland. [ As Blacks Black IPA ].Unclear medium to dark red brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, toasted - roasted, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, light wood. Initial flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, dark malt, sweet malt, hop bitter finish, light woody. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180707] 6-3-7-3-14

Keg at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Generous aroma of papaya and mango. Dry with medium body and crisp mouthfeel. Lots of papaya and pears. Mid bitter finish.

Keg @ sbwf 2018. Poured golden color, thick white head. Juicy, peachy, floury and quite hoppy. Borderline sweetness with juicy hops. Refreshing. Light to medium bodied.

500ml bottle at home. Pours slightly hazy yellow gold with a medium white head. Nice and aromatic, mouth watering aroma of tropical fruit, mango and apricot. Flavour isn’t lost too which is nice. Would like to see this one more in the 6.5%abv range rather than sticking to the safe 5.5%. Lovely though.

Draught in Brewdock. Light gold with a thin head. Aroma of pineapple and hop. Flavour is fruity light hop, light bitter citrus base, tropical fruit finish.

Hazy gold - orange beer, decent pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts. A light sweetness but quite thin. Hops bring a tangy bitterness. Little pine. Bitterish thin citric peel. Trace of thin mango. Light and semi dry finish. Hmmm, not at all convinced by this lupulin powder, noticed a few IPAs with this thin tangy bitternes.

From the bottle. Dark brown with a creamy, tan head. Aroma is vanilla, chocolate. Taste is sweet to bittersweet. Body is medium to heavy, a bit sticky, dry and boozy at the end. A good one
