Keg at the brewery tap. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has grapefruit, rindy tangerine, a little melon and pale bread. Light sweet flavour with piney-grassy bitterness, some plump citrus fruits. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Well balanced finish, more pithy grapefruit, pine. Very good.

Cask at the brewery tap. Pours clear gold with a tight, creamy topping. Grassy hops in the nose, crispy pale grains, lemon peel. Light sweet flavour with more grass, citrus rind, dry pale grains, biscuits. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good nick. Clean finish, nice grassy bitterness, some husky grains. Good.

Tap at Hogshead. Clear golden appearance with a cream colored head. Somewhat spicy, piney aroma. Soft mouth feel. Light to moderate bitterness. Extremely refreshing. Mostly light fruit and pine. Good.

Cask at the brewery tap. Pours deep brown-black with a creamy, tan head. Hard roast in the nose, ash, burnt earth. Medium sweet flavour with some further strong roast, dried dark fruits, baking cocoa. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Bitter finish, more ash and baking cocoa. Very good, hard-edged porter.

Cask at the brewery tap. Pours clear, rich orange with a tight, creamy off-white head. Nice nose has some toasted leaves, a little earth, orange peel. Light-medium sweet flavour with some piney resin, juicy citrus, toasty malts. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Good finish, more piney resin, pleasant citrus. Solid.

Draft. Lightly hazed golden body. Large white head. Aroma of bread, toasted grain, lemon, grass, light pepper and earthiness. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Taste of cracker/toasted grain, grass, pepper. Lightly tart with lingering bitterness. Thirst-quenching, clean. Very nice.

On tap at Hopshead, pours a hazy a pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and a hint of grass. Flavour is crisp and fresh, with light grass, crisp crackery malt and some light herbal notes. Light grassy finish, with a nice crispness. Solid pils.

On tap at Hopshead, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, dry crackery malt, and light cereal. Flavour is quite complex for the style, with Belgian yeast, crackery malt and light cereal malts. Really authentic and quite complex for the style. Impressive.

On tap at Hopshead, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank piney hops, some pot and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with dank, piney hops, and a crisp biscuity malt backbone. Dank, dry finish. Very well-made.

On tap at Hopshead, pours a cloudy blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast and toasted crackery malt. Flavour is really quite authentic, with a lovely saison yeast character, with a dry biscuity malt base. Surprisingly authentic, with a dry yeasty finish. Excellent.
