Can (7/9/24) from Total Wine & More, Burlington. Hazy golden yellow with light sparkle, thin head with good retention and awesome rings of lacing. Aroma is mixture of citrus, pine and bittering hops. Taste follows aroma but more assertive. Smooth texture, average carbonation and dry, yeasty finish as taste. East-meets-West hybrid but more West. Flagship IPA from a brewery as old as Castle Island seems from a bygone era.

5 oz. Draft. Color is a strange amber hue. Aroma is watermelon and salt. Flavor does show some sweetness that is followed by a blast of puckering tartness in the finish. Dead flower is low. Respectable
