Draught at Power Beer Fest, 5/14/22. Lightly hazy, lemon-blonde. Small, off-white head showing moderate retention. Lightly fruity strawberries in the nose, barely any hops. Some light citrus and hints of pine. Sparse, crackery malts. Lightly sweet strawberry is done well, albeit lightly, just like everything else here. Light, sparse, crackery malts, not much depth with very minimal hops. Low bitterness, low flavor, fruity. Clean.

Dark yellow color with an alcohol and grapefruit aroma. Taste is heavy on hop bitterness, very little sweetness from malt. Bitter hoppy aftertaste.

Can pour from the brewery. It's a cloudy yellow with no sparkle, finger-width off white foam head with poor retention and light lacing. Aroma is cracker and mild sweet and tart fruit with yeast. Taste is similar to aroma with lemon tart/sweet—somewhat kolsch-like. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, interesting APA in that it has kolsch-like qualities.

Nice and hazy. And they use it in their pizza dough? That’s the dream.

Can (3/24/21) shared by Jason. It's a hazy, dark brown-mahogany with nice sparkle, 2-finger width light brown head with good retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong balanced roasted malts over coconut with mild cocoa. Taste follows aroma with coconut higher in the mix. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste with lingering mild bitterness. Overall, given the previous reviews, I wonder if this was reworked to be less burnt/ashy and dry. Not the most complex thing but pleasant and coconut didn't whack you over the head.
