Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, fruity nuts, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100522]

Bottle at Chris O’s. Copper brown pour with a white head. Caramel, raisins, toffee in the nose. Very thin body. ginger, cinammon and sweet spice flavours. Unexciting.

Pours hazy pale lemon into a shaker. Bright white head recedes to skim surface. Wheat and rye aromas. Crisp, sharp rye from front to back. Lasting bitter rye finish. There certainly is rye in this beer. A bit of a one trick pony, but if you’re in the mood for a flavorful low abv beer, this certainly packs a flavor...rye.

Bomber from Largiari. Nose is toffee, light oaky vanilla, and a bit of floral hops. Hazy copper with a small beige head. Flavor is light bourbon, light bitterness, and toffee.

12 oz bottle from Largiari. Nose of citrus and floral hops with quite a bit of caramelly sweetness. Orange with a medium off white head. Flavor is mildly bitter and caramel.

Pour bright amber into a snifter. Off-white head quickly recedes to nothing. Vanilla and bourbon aromas. Thin with oak and bourbon upfront turning to vanilla and back to oak in the lasting finish.

Bottled@The Chriso Gaylord Tasting. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some nectar and mild wooden notes. Flavour is fruits, wooden and mildly floral and herbal notes as well. Wellbalanced and quite nice brew.
