Nitro, overvloedig fijn schuim, dus tappen duurde een tijdje. Zwarte kleur, mokka kleurig schuim . Geur gebrande mout, koffiedik, retronasaal ook wat fruit. Smaak is bitterig, maar ook iets mokka-zoetig. Lichte body. Gebrand-bittere afdronk.

33cl Blik van De Bierkoning. Zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Gebrande pinda's, noten, hint van tabak, gebrande mout, koffie, caramel, licht kruidige rogge, chocolade, licht fruitig, iets hoppig. Lichte tot medium body. Erg smakelijk.

AROMA: medium-low hop aroma (pine, slight grapefruit), medium-low wet cereal husk aroma, low sweet-wort background. APPEARANCE: light yellow color and cristal clear. medium-low white head with ok retention for style and NA beer. TASTE: initial medium-low to low hop flavor (pine, resin, slight grapefruit), medium-low to low wet cereal husk. medium-low bitterness. finishes semi-sweet to sweet. a bit unbalanced. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. slight heavy sensation. OVERALL: a NA IPA with some execution problems and a bit unbalanced towards beer wort.
