Boxing Bear Brewing Company is located along the sandy banks of the Rio Grande River in northwest Albuquerque. Our mission is to grow the popularity of quality hand-crafted beer, and to help establish Albuquerque as a national destination for outstanding craft beer. Cask at GBBF'16, day two, 10/08/16. Orange amber with a moderate off white covering. Nose is bitter orange, straw, light pine, toasted malts. Taste comprises grapefruit, pine, bitter tropical fruit medley, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close wuth balanced hop bitterness. Ok cask IPA.

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2016. Pours a pale amber orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty piney hoppy aroma. Fruity malty piney hoppy bitter grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity malty piney hoppy bitter finish.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast, dark chocolate, spice, wood. Medium body, cocoa, spice, wood, bitter finish, good.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Hazy amber beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts but dry and not that sweet. Light pine and hop spice. Mild marmalade and orange peel. Little tangerine, Light dry finish. Good.

Bomber shared at the MDBG tasting 4/4/16. Clear copper, thin fizzy off-white head. Aroma of piney, herbal, peppery hops, pale malt. The taste is tropical fruit, mango, pale malt. Medium bodied.

Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Slightly unclear orange color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, sweet resinous hoppiness, pineapple, pine and lightly bitter finish. Decent to medium body and carbonation. I quite like it.
