Description
Last beer was released in July 2021 and common consensus is that this is the year the brewery should be set as closed.

Do note that due to the nature of the beers produced both BrewDog and other online retailers continued to sell the beers for many years after the closure.

Dedicated to exploring and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with fermentation, we are on a quest to redefine Wild and Sour beers, forever. With a purpose-built facility where craft and nature find harmony, we utilise wild yeasts and microbes from our environment and ingredients sourced from all around the world.

Bottle from the First Class Lounge in Brussels, taken and consumed in the garden, 17th July 22. Pours a hazy orange. Aroma is funk and peach. Taste is funky, mild brett, light rose, refreshing, tart, hops, tasty and quite interesting

Light, sour, tart. Roasty coffee, cocoa beans, a bit sweet. Hm yeah, quite challenging.

7

Sour, tart and earthy with some ashy roastiness, burnt coffee and vinegar. A bit unbalanced

Well stored bottle. Unclear golden body under a big off-white head that fades fast to nothing. Nice aroma, funky, fruity and oak. Taste has a nice, crisp sourness, fruity, lemon, oak, Brett and some peach, fresh with lively carbonation. Balanced body with a long lasting, tart aftertaste. A really nice classic lambic style beer.

33cl bottle. Lovely nose, blackcurrant jam. Sour, tart, vinegary even in flavor. Blackcurrant dominates. Childhood memories, just lacking some sugars for that.

Black beer, thin head. Malty chocolate aroma with sharp fruit. Flavour follows suit. Chocolate, sharp citrus, quite tart actually, but the balance of rich chocolate and light sour fruit is great.
