Bottle thanks to Ian, consumed at Chriso. It pours clear amber with a thick white head. The aroma is doughy bread, sweetness, nougat, brioche and candied apricot. The taste is crisp, dry, quite sweet, oily, nougat, cereal, brioche, grassy, panettone, spice, grape must, sweet wine, booze and hay with a drying finish. Medium body and high, effervescent carbonation. Pretty harsh in areas.
