Cask at CBC Islington; hazy amber pour with white head, piney hope aroma, very sweet tasting a hint of caramel lime comes through didn’t get much mango, tropical fruits pineapple and passion fruit, preferred the Keg version without the mango and lime but both great DIPA’s.

Cask at CBC Islington during the Siren event. Pours clear gold with a fine, creamy head. Ripening citrus on the nose, light pine. Medium sweet flavor with some dank , grass, lime, orange, faint spicy gin. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Moderately resinous to finish, some orange and tangerine, a bit of dried pine. Good one.

Cask at Craft Islington. It pours hazy amber with a medium white head. The nose is earth, toast, spice, wood, varnish, stewed orange and lemon . The taste is pine, earthy, spice, caramel, honey, toast, alcohol warmth, pithy grapefruit, orange peel, tinned fruit and a hint of spice with a very dry finish. Medium-full body and soft carbonation. Not bad, but a bit boozy....

Cask at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. Deep reddish chestnut with a scummy head, and an attractive cherry red gleam in the sunlight; piney, resinous, American hop aroma; grainy body with some sharp hops from the start; then a long dry, chewy, finish with green birch wood and perhaps a touch of grapefruit. A great beer, but rather flat and dull looking - perhaps an example of one of those cask beers that’s better from the keg than from the cask.

Draft @ Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a longlasting off-white head. Has a roasted malty caramel and chocolate aroma. Roasted malty caramel and chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel and chocolate finish.
