Siren Craft Brew exists to encourage more people to enjoy, fall for and experiment with craft beer.
The Sirens of Greek mythology would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales. [33cl can from Beer52.] A dark tawny brown coloured pour with a fast fading pale beige head; aroma of caramel and boozy raisins; rich fruity taste that coats the mouth, then some caramel and charred grains adding bitterness; before the alcohol sinks in the belly; leaving a satisfying feeling and a nutty bitterness in the mouth. Excellent.

(Can, Tonkotsu Battersea, London, 15 July 2026) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, grain, citrus and grass. Malty, hoppy taste with citrus, bread, grain and a mild herbal/citric bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Crisp, clean and quite hoppy. Nice one.

Can at home pikced up from Siren online. A mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is greenish lemon, citrus, peach, midget gems, flaked wheat. Flavour is composed of soft bready grains, wheat, mixed citrus, chalky mineral, midget gems. Palate is flaked wheat, moderate carbonation. Good.

440ml can from ASDA in Watford, Herts. A golden/orange coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, pine, peach, tropical fruit aroma and taste. An easy drinking IPA from Siren that went down nicely on a hot summer afternoon.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A glossy deep chestnut brown pour with a thick pale tan head; sweet coffee syrup aroma; dry in the mouth with an immediate bitterness from the roast grains, then some sweeter coffee coming through; followed by a strong earthy bitterness and a gentle warmth in the chest. This certainly warrants the description "Robust Porter" on the can.
