On tap @ Fools Gold. Smells superbly interesting this! Really spiced up and different. It looks really good also with a near glowing bright orangey cloudy colored body and a lacing and dotting white dense head. Lots of lavender and ginger juices! There's also a mild saisonish funkiness with oranges, wheat and yeast. Really good. Tastes unlike any saison I've ever had. There's lots of yeast apples, lavender, clementine zest, white pepper and soft ginger in the taste. Thin oily on the texture and it's just blow average and small bubbled. Hops and Hocks, Brooklyn tap: pours light copper with a white head. Aroma is rounded candied fruit and bread. Taste is sweet and bubblegum. Very light hoppiness. Not my thing.
