Keg at Brewdog Cowgate. Difficult pour for the staff due to over-carbonation. Was eventually delivered a clear golden pour with a thick white head. Aromas of melon, grain. Taste is clean, light citrus and melon again. Clean finish.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft OG. Pours clear red-brown with a creamy, light khaki head. Light sweet flavour with notes of toasted brown bread, milk chocolate, nuts, biscuits, burnt caramel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more cocoa, soft roast, earth, nutty notes, toasted caramel and brown bread. Pretty smooth.

On tap at BrewDog Paddington, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy hops, some spiciness, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is crisp, with gentle grass hops, light spiciness, crunchy earthiness, and crackery malt. Wouldn't have guessed it was gluten-free, as it's reasonably hopped and crisp. Pleasant.

Keg at BD Castlegate. It pours crystal clear golden - amber with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, melon, sweet grain, honeydew melon character, greengage, bready malt and rich tea biscuit. The taste is dryish upfront, some snap, floral vibes, pot pourri, slightly soapy, pithy citrus, lemon rinse, melon, some raw grain, grain husk and biscuit with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Quite like the aroma, but the taste is a bit sharp and soapy. So-so.

Draught @ Black Bear Brixton. Sweetish, slightly stuffy and malty with hints of hay and grass. Goes well with the excellent truffle burger
