On tap at Mommeriete, at 6% ABV according to the menu. Hazy, almost opaque golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma is spicy, some clove, fruity, medium sweet, typical Belgian blond. Flavour is medium sweet, light malty, ripe fruits, quite spicy, nice bitter hoppy finish. Light to medium-bodied. Nice.

Bottle, 10% ABV, many thanks to bierkoning. Hazy red brown color with medium beige head. Aroma of honey, caramel, prunes, figs, nuts. Taste, sweet malt, figs, raisins, dates, caramel, prunes, alcohol. Light bitterness in alcoholic finish. Another tasty beer from Mommeriete Brouwerij.

Aroma is somewhat fruity with some belgian yeast and hints of spices. Flavour has some semi‐ripe fruits with belgian yeast and some spices. Nice, but easy to forget.

30 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light caramelish. Sweet caramelish, light phenolic and mild toasted. Sweet and vague bitter to smooth malt base. Bitter and light phenolic dry finish.

As Mommeriete Lentebok, tap @ Kafe Belgie. Hazy golden colour, off-white large fluffy head. Nose is yeasty, spicy and slightly hoppy. Flavour is light malted, slightly hoppy, flowery. Fairly bitter finish. Ok beer.

Sampled @ PINT Winterbierfestival, Gouda 2012. Clear dark amber to brown color with a nice red glow coming through. Smell malts, roastyness, coffee. Taste malts, lightly smoke and sweet. Medium carbonation, low to medium body.

30cl Bottle from De Bierkoning, ABV 9.5%. Amber brown colour, off white head. Aroma is very malty, sweet, dried fruits, white raisins, caramel, sweet bread, hops, some alcohol. Flavour is sweet, malty, apricots, caramel, dried fruits, light roasted malts, hint of smoke, good bitter finish with sweet malts. Fullbodied. De Vrouwe and Heer van Gramsbergh make a good pair.

Bottled 300ml. -from De Bierkoning, Amsterdam as Mommeriete Heer van Gramsbergen. Dark brown coloured, medium sized beige head, roasted malt and hint of smoke in the nose. Heavy roasted malt, caramel and dried fruits with notes of hops and whiff of smoke. Alcohol well hidden.

30cl Bottle from De Bierkoning, ABV 11%. Almost black colour, big dense off white to beige head. Aroma of sweet malts, blue cheese, smoke, dried dark fruits, milk chocolate. Flavour is rather sweet, fruity, very malty, dark fruits, light smoke, cheese, roasted malts, milk chocolate, fruity floral alcohol bitter finish with a hint of spice. Medium to fullbodied. Nice, complex and very tasty beer for the cold months.
