6 oz cask at Cask On!. Aroma, soft citrus and mild herb. Nicely fragrant. Flavor shows the fruit right up front with the soft herb bitterness. Good body and texture. Well constructed!

Murky drab bronze.
Beautiful nose, wow! Just everything you want and nothing you don't. Juicy, rich, lots of berry, guava, clean and bright. Cracker and white bread-like malts support.
Juicy, tropical with woody Simcoe, ample bitterness and a soft, lightly yeasty texture. Very big dryness. Could do a touch more comforting malt sweetness, but it's clean, balanced, tending dry and well-hopped with fantastic hop expression.

8 oz draft. Aroma is very soft cinnamon. Nothing more. Flavor of mild roasted malt and soft cinnamon. Thankfully, the cinnamon is mild. What I am left looking for is any apple. 🍎 A difficult flavor to pull off in a porter.

8 oz draft. Aroma has very mild fruit and soft herb. Flavor of orange marmalade and maybe peach jelly. Balanced by a light herb hop. 🌿 . Decent drinker.

4 oz draft. A near clear yellow. Soft rice character with maybe a hint of malt. Very light mineral character. Super light body (but not thin) and easy to drink.

4 oz draft. Aroma of Brett, funky mango, dusty basement. Flavor follows and is a pseudo-lambic. Brettanomyces and funky fruit is very present. Notes of dusty basement.
