9/8/2018. Cask at the Great British Beer Festival. Pours golden to amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of biscuit, fruit, malt, flower, hops and a little butter. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask (gravity) @ MBCF17 [ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2017 ] Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England M2 3GX. [ As Lymm Chirotherium ].Clear medium to dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, chocolate, cocoa, frutiy malt, tobacco. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, dark fruit - sweet dark fruit, prune - figs. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask-conditioned at Bristol Beer Festival, 24/3/2017. Amber in colour, with a thin, off-white, head. Sweetish, berry fruit, some biscuity malts, leafy hops and moderately bitter finish. Fine.
