-100% spontaneously fermented
-no yeast cultures are added at any point in the process
-Fermented and matured in oak barrels
-neutral oak imparts little flavor and allows the beer to breathe
-Unfiltered, Unpasteurized, Unsweetened to sustain the beer's natural essence

750ml bottle pours a murky yellow, white head. Nose is wild, plastic, green peppercorns, a little fruit roll up. Flavor is better, peach does come through, base feels a bit washed though. The base beer was the best.

(Draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 17 Aug 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, green grapes, white wine, oak wood and funky yeast. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, grapes, peaches, lemon, oak wood and hints of yeast. Hardly any bitterness. More than medium body, dry. Fresh, dry and funky, with a good grape presence. Very nice.
