Tap @ Fermentoren. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich chocolate, coffee, licorice and hops. Thick, creamy and oily. Very nice.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Black with medium brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and caramel. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel, oak, wood, little whisky, sweet, little liquorice and medium bitter.

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a dark mahogany with a frothy tan head. The aroma is roasted malt. The flavour is strong bitter with a rich frothy hop spice alcohol liqourice bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught @ Fermentoren. Opaque pitch black color, medium sized brown head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, roasted malts, dark chocolate, lightly liquor and coffee. Taste malts, roasted malts, liquor, dark chocolate, liquorice, slightly salty, nicely bitter. Thick mouthfeel, full body, medium carbonation.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and wet hay, as well as some cloves, leading to a dry finish. Not a saison.

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small off white head. Aroma is mild fruity, vague teaish. Smooth citrusy, light toasted malty. Peachy and light teaish. Seems a bit like ice tea. Peppery yeasty too. Lingering mild fruity finish.
