Taå @ Mig og ølsnedkeren. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, pine, malt, hops and has a nice bitter and sour finish.

On tap at Basement Beer Bar. A lightly hazy golden beer with a small dense white head. Some curtains. Lightly malty, apricot aroma with a peppery, generic fruityness. Some passion fruit too. It’s quite dry on the palate, nicely carbonated and with a medium body fullness. Mostly fruity flavor, with a little touch from the yeast and a decent bitterness level. Even some paint thinner notes, high fermentation temperatures perhaps. Long mostly fruity and lightly bready finish with a little metallic hint in the very end. Not much interesting going on here I think. A small glass was sure enough. 160622

On tap at Basement Beer Bar. It pours a lightly hazy amber colored body under a small white head. Some lacing. The aroma is lightly fruity sour, lightly funky, with sour berries, citrus zest and a little bready hint. It’s medium bodied and dry on the palate, nicely carbonated, with mostly fruity, berry-ish flavors. There’s some lightly yeasty bread notes and pale wort, but the fruity side runs the show. Long sour, fruity finish. Nothing extreme going on here, just pure drinkability. 160621
