Draft @ Foeders. Murky yellow/orange color. White-ish head Aroma's: dank hops, juicy, resinous. Retronasal it's dank, resinous, light fruit. Flavor is moderate bitter, hoppy/resinous sourish. Medium bodied. Moderate hopburn. Long finish, dry, bitter, harsh. A bit too harsh actually.

Pitch black pour with a tan head. Notes of coconut, vanilla, tonka, milk chocolate, espresso, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa nibs. Smooth, velvety mouthfeel, low carbonation, full body, chocolate-rich finish. I love tonka beers, and this one is really well crafted, very nice balance between the tonka beans and the base beer and an excellent body and texture. Goes well if you pair it with some dark chocolate, too.
