On cask at the Standing Order. Appearance - golden amber with a nice fluffy head. Nose - biscuits and light strawberry. Taste - grape, greengage and stewed apple. Palate - light to medium bodied. Creamy texture and a dry tangy finish. Overall - taste completely different from nose. Good.

Cask pint in The Shrewsbury Hotel (Wetherspoons in Shrewsbury) on 2nd Oct 2017. Looked good, autumnal bronze body, off-white head that lasted. Strange aroma and taste though, dry/burnt caramel and unsweetened toffee came to mind, the aftertaste was very bitter. Not too sure if it was supposed to smell and taste like that, I tried to enjoy it and managed to finish the pint though.

Cask at Wetherspoons, Birmingham Airport. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is ovaltine malt, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a silky smooth rich doughy biscuit malt, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A very decent and drinkable bitter. I'm actually disappointed that I only ordered a half.

Fra cask på Raven Bath 3 Mai 17. Gylden. Filmskum med litt lacing. God plommearoma. Smaken balansert. Fersken & modne plommer. Avslutter tørt.

Cask, half-pint, shared with Finn at The Raven. A beige head, spotty lacing, clear warm golden body. Earthy malts and fruity hops on the nose. Lemony hops to the flavour character, mild brown malty sweetness beneath. Dry moderate bitter finish. Drinks very well. A nice one. (Bath 03.05.2017).

Bottle from an unrecorded source. Poured amber with an average sized off-white head. Aroma of light hop, malt, caramel, light fruit. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, some oiliness to texture, soft carbonation.

Cask (backlog). Slightly hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is citrus, some dough, mild wooden and floral notes with mild resin too. Flavour is wooden, grassy and mild floral bitterness with a slight crisp toasted edge to it.
