Keg @ Founders Hall, Manchester. Clear lighter golden with a small head. The raspberry here grows and lingers in its aftertaste with minimal sweetness, and quite a low sourness too. Raspberry aroma too.

Cask @ Regal Moon, Rochdale. Slightly deeper golden with a creamy-smooth head. Deeper tasting hoppy ale given its strength, but not impactful too much in this respect.

Half-pint, 4.1 % abv, draught at Piccadilly Tap. Shared with Finn. Dotted spots on the glass from a stable beige head, deep dark brownish body. Plain roasted malty aromas, smooth. Dark malt-driven flavours of soot, dark chocolate, and bread. Smooth, roasted grainy nose. Just alright, a bit thin on the palate. (Manchester, 21.03.2024).

Bottle at AndrewC. Dark brown colour no head. Soy sauce. Got some age. Slightly oxidised. Oxidised. It's OK some raisin. Deep malts. Dark plum dark cherry. But over carbonated. As I say once past the aroma it's fine.

Cask ale, half-pint, shared with Finn at Bridge Hotel. Deep black body with a brownish shade, filmy layer that laced quite well. Smoothly roasted chocolate malts on the nose, sweet. Sweet chocolate and grain to the taste character, lactose backbone. Roasted ending, rather sweet mouthfeel. Pretty nice, just a tad too sweet. (Newcastle upon Tyne, 18.03.2024).

1/2 pint, cask at Crosse Keys. Shared with Finn. Wetherspoon Beer Festival, March 24. Next-to-clear dark amber body, stable beige head that laced quite well. Inviting aromas of bread and leafy hops. Tasty with moments of resinous hops, bread and biscuit. Piney note towards the finish. fine depth to it. Pleasing. (London, 16.03.2024)

Keg @ Founders Hall, Manchester. Clear golden with a very thin head. Belgian style beer, strength and its bubblegum flavours and aromas are very noticeable for this.

Keg @ Founders Hall, Manchester. Pale lightly hazed light golden with a creamy-frothy head. Crisp, but not particularly stated with the fruit that's just about evident, and it hoppy notes come across somewhat bland too.
