Fairly typical amber ale I don't get much from the hops it's more caramel and toffee from the malt but it's nice all the same

7/6/2023. Cask at Waterworks Micropub, Rye. Pours almost clear orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of orange, sweet tropical fruits, mango pip, malt, twiggy husky edge. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Soft carbonation.

Bottle at The Made Inn Coach Works Ashford. Clear amber colour thin white head. Aroma of diacetyl .Some malt. Not much hop. Diacetyl throughout.

Cask at the 39 Steps, Broadstairs, 13/05/23. Golden to light amber pour with a good sized off white head. Nose is stewed fruits, caramel, biscuit, grains. Taste comprises caramel wafer, hedgerow, fruit rinds, grains, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a modest bitter edge. Fine for the style.

Cask @ Freed Man, Walmer. Golden with a head. Has a hoppy bitterness and feeling a tad thin, also not so much an APA in style.

Cask gravity at KESR beer festival 2022. Clear russet colour lasting beige head. Malty beer. Good berry and hedgerow fruits. some light chocolate. yes pretty much a standard premium bitter.Englisj peppery hop finish.

Romney Marsh Gold 4.1% - amber-orange, slightly hazy pour. Aromas of hay, wheat, malt, some citrus, tastes quite similar with somae caramael, orange and a hint of choclate/cocoa. Decent.
