Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol, October 2016. Dark amber with a slight off-white, head. Aroma of hedgerow fruit and leafy hops. Flavour had sweetish malts with a touch more fruit, before a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask. Pours murky brown with no head. Aroma of dark fruit and malty blackcurrant. Taste- malty, bitter, stewed dark fruit. A bit flat- possibly near the end of the barrel.

Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2016, National Winter Ales Festival (2016), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE. [ As Romney Marsh Cinque Porter ].Clear medium to dark red brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, dark malt, berry - fruity, light roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, berry - fruity, dusty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160218]

Bottle from Murrays General stores Goods Shed Canterbury. Very dark brown beer almost cola colour lasting tan head. Bready chocolate and malt aroma. Decent chocolate dark fruit flavours in the mouth. Overall a decent dark beer little bit of dryness on the finish. Decent.

Bottle from Murrays General Goods Shed Canterbury. Clear slight haze amber brown colour lasting beige head. Malty best bitter. Some decent earthy hedgerow hops on the finish. Yes a decent best bitter. Ok condition bit over fizzy on the tongue. Touch of orange fruit.

Cask gravity at The Bell Ivychurch. Clear gold lasting white head. Good golden ale. Plenty of leafy fresh hop flower flavour. Now that is a tasty golden ale. Very dry finish. Good.

4.4%. Citrusy amber ale. Cask gravity at K&ES BF 2015. Hazy dark amber colour. Lasting cream head. Malty aroma. Good sweetness bit of jammy strawberry. Some bitterness and dryness. Pretty well put together . Yes it’s a decent amber
