Description
The Hop Shed is an award winning brewery based on a hop farm in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. We set up the brewery in a converted chicken shed here on the farm. This inspired the name of our brand and beers, which are all named after breeds of chickens.

Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Milk chocolate brown and hazy with a small khaki head. Chocolate milk, a bit of posset, some coffee, some stone fruit. Tastes sweet with notable balancing bitter hops. It's a bit sickly, and I feel like something about it isn't quite right, but it's decent enough to finish anyway. Not the best beer of the evening...
