Description
The Hop Shed is an award winning brewery based on a hop farm in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. We set up the brewery in a converted chicken shed here on the farm. This inspired the name of our brand and beers, which are all named after breeds of chickens.

Pale amber / deep gold with a frothy white head, and a slightly burnt caramel and floral aroma. The taste kicks off with a bitter kick, citrus notes up front with more floral characteristics in the background, with some sweet fruit malt also evident. The finish is long with a pretty high level of astringency
