Our biggest mission when we set up BrewDog was to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. And that is still our biggest mission today.
Can, medium stable creamy slightly bubbly brown head, opaque jet black colour, dairy honeycomb aroma with some chocolate behind, flavor of chocolate and vanilla with that honey comb and a bit of dairy behind, also a hint of spiciness, light roasty bitterness, light to medium sweetness. Nice amd fun to drink.
Buying this bottle a long time at Heinrich 3000 or Amstein. Dry weather, not my favourite month, a good and welcome smooth and subtle imperial stout, rich touch of cocoa, chocolate, vanilla, creamy texture, malty, boozy but it is well hidden, 24.02.23
Keg at Brewdog Paddington, London. A dark ruby/brown coloured pour with a huge beige head on top. Sweetish, fruity, malty, orange, caramel, pine aroma and taste. Pretty sweet & boozy but also very enjoyable.
[44cl can from my local Waitrose.] An opaque peaty brown coloured pour with a tan coloured head; aroma of chocolate syrup, honey and caramel; smooth and luxuriously soft in the mouth with a vanilla flavour to start; then some malty toffee and coffee to finish. An excellent, but very sweet, stout.
