Can. Bright clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Palate is light, fairly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a light sweetness. Fairly clear rice sweetness is well integrated. Light bright Yuzi, tangerine, lemon, touch of grapefruit and black pepper. Light finish. Does what it says on the tin and works fairly well.

Keg at Fierce Abz. It pours lightly hazy pale yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, lemon sherbets, clean, zingy, tangerine, tangelo and wheat crackers. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, minerality, green, grassy, slightly herbal, lemon sherbet, pithy, zesty, verbena, floral vibes, clean and wheat cracker with dry finish. Light body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Bright and quenching. Great summer crusher.

6th August 2025
Can. Bright clear paleish gold beer, a small pale cream colour head that, at least, has some legs on it - timewise. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a perfumey sweetness that may well be rice borne. The yuzi comes through on back end. That hard-to-define mandarin, limey, grapefruity whatchamacallit citrus, here, a tad thin but, with a nice black pepper streak. Crisp finish. Promising concert, reasonably well delivered. A few tweaks, this could be a really good brew.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours cloudy orangey - gold with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, bright, orange, ripe mango, papaya, passion fruit, gummy candy and peach melba. The taste is smooth upfront, touch green, weedy, dank, juicy, bright, tropical fruits, mango, papaya, passion fruit, peach, gummy candy, floury bread, touch of sponge cake and well hidden alcohol. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Hides alcohol well and is super fruity. Nice one.
