Description
Beer creates great excitement. It looks simple, but it actually hides many secrets. Every craft beer causes impatience before the tasting and enjoyment when you are revisiting the flavor. Its diversity of taste, aroma, texture and color is huge, sometimes it seems endless.

We consider ourselves to be passionate gourmets. We are searching for new and unusual tastes, while aiming to offer the highest quality craft beers from the selected ingredients, thus we have created Kabinet Brewery. Our beers are produced in Nemenikuće on a sunny slope at a foot of the mountain Kosmaj.

Our wish is that Kabinet Brewery, as a Cabinet of curiosities(*), gathers in one place all the amazing tastes and smells of the beer world that has long inspired us. Welcome to Kabinet Brewery.

(*) The Cabinet of curiosities or wonders– a collection of distinctive, unique items, all that is rare, strange and precious, the finest handicrafts, natural wonders, usually received and gathered from the exotic travel as an examples of the natural, geological, religious, ethnological and artistic value.

Canned 500ml. -from District 8 Novi Sad, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Unclear red coloured, medium sized airy red/white head that looks like paprika flavoured chips, light tomato and whiff of basil in the nose. Tomato, subdued basil, light vegetables and touch of salt with some smoked pepper in the finish.

0.5 l can thanks to Ogi, shared with Marko and him. Hazy pinkish red, small head. Aroma is moderate vegetable at first, tomato, salt, paprika, a hint of berries. Salty, mineral, yoghurt and tomato flavour. Light tartness, some malts underneath. Cheesy, lightly smokey. Quite salty, interesting, weird, bold. Lots of things can go wrong here but a lot of things went quite right.

0.5l can, huge thanks Ogi for sharing. Murky red body, milky, fleeting head. Odd aroma, tomato mixed with... mayo? Some fish? What? The smoked peppers must be the culprit, I don't see what else. BIt salty, low umami... lacking basil really, the weird smoked pepper taking over. It's certainly a ride, but compared to Ukrainian it trails well behind - it nails the body better than the Czech examples, which on the other hand nail the taste better. It's a "style" I enjoy a lot, and it pains me to give it this little. Still, love that they do it, more breweries should! Also, fantastic can design, props for that!

Actually very nice! I could drink more of these. Apparently a lot of Russians ask for tomato beers so they have to accommodate.
