Description
Beer creates great excitement. It looks simple, but it actually hides many secrets. Every craft beer causes impatience before the tasting and enjoyment when you are revisiting the flavor. Its diversity of taste, aroma, texture and color is huge, sometimes it seems endless.

We consider ourselves to be passionate gourmets. We are searching for new and unusual tastes, while aiming to offer the highest quality craft beers from the selected ingredients, thus we have created Kabinet Brewery. Our beers are produced in Nemenikuće on a sunny slope at a foot of the mountain Kosmaj.

Our wish is that Kabinet Brewery, as a Cabinet of curiosities(*), gathers in one place all the amazing tastes and smells of the beer world that has long inspired us. Welcome to Kabinet Brewery.

(*) The Cabinet of curiosities or wonders– a collection of distinctive, unique items, all that is rare, strange and precious, the finest handicrafts, natural wonders, usually received and gathered from the exotic travel as an examples of the natural, geological, religious, ethnological and artistic value.

Bottle at Scenario pub in Belgrade-Serbia. Pours dark amber a bit caramel-brown color, medium off-white head lowering quite quickly but with retention. Nose: Amber orientation with a piney resin touch. Mouth: a bit of a speck ham feel, lively carbonated, rough and confusing herbal end. Not my cup of tea. Another regular Kabinet! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg at Vitamin B - Sofia, Bulgaria. Pours deep black-brown with a creamy tan head. The nose holds well roasted malts, milk chocolate, coffee. Medium sweet flavor with light oily vanilla, more milk chocolate, hints of licorice, dark berries, mellow earthy bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Moderately sweet on the finish, with some burnt marshmallows, milky coffee, cocoa, scorched earth. Great stuff. Really nicely balanced and still rich.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color, topped with a medium small off-white head. Settling slowly. Intially hemp aroma right after opening it. Some fruity notes later on with again quite strong hemp and cigarette smoke presence. Later on citrusy notes develop. Moderate bitterness, very herbal feel, especially in the finish and in the aftertaste. Not the nicest.

On tap at the Craft Room as a part of MTV Adria’s presentation. Coppery amber red body with a small white head. Actually malty aroma with very light orange underneath, slightly jammy. Taste... hmmm vague smokey notes, guessing coming from the bacon likely, kinda fatty really, but not that much. Sweet maltiness again. So basically a nice malty pale ale with hints at smokeyness that ends in a lean, slightly salty finish. The bitterness shows up rarely and mostly in the finish, only vaguely herbal. A nice, sessionable beer that’s nowhere near as strange in practice as it is on paper.
