At tasting, thanks Vova, medium stable bubbly head, hazy light orange colour, aroma of pine, citrus and wood with some peanuts in the back, fruity flavour with hints of flowers and some malt in the back, medium bitterness balanced by light sweetness. Quite good.

Bouteille:Deep golden, hazy, stable but loose off-white head with a little lace; moderate sweet nose of exotic fruits and caramalt; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, quite full bodied and a bit tart; lingering medical and fruity-hoppy finish with pretty tame malts as a counterpart. Good stuff…

Bottle shared at Chrisso’s May 2014 tasting 25/05/2014. Bottle piced up at Dranken oase Munchen. Hazed golden straw coloured pour with a loose white head. Arom is lemon citrus and fresh floral hop, slight sharpness and nice clean grains. Flavour is direct and clean, solid grainy cereal, nice clean ferment, slight zip of lemon in the finish and floral. Palate is crisp and fairly light.Good alround, very nice lager.

0,33 l bottle. Pours out light cloudy dark orange. White foamy head. Fresh mango fruity on the nose. Starts with malt, fast followed by a fuity sequence with a light pleasant bitterness on a fruity bedding. Maybe some licorice. Very complex! Thumbs up!

0,33 l bottle. In the last months, Oli the brewer is pictured in nearly every german beer blog or fb side, smilin´ and raisin´ one of his beers in the air. That creates high expectations. A lot of technical information on the label, no commercial phrases. The beer pours out light orange in the glass, creamy head. Fresh fruity on the nose. Starts more with citrus and hop, but no sweet fruit bomb. Pleasant bitterness with malt. Fresh and spicy. Nice one! Expectations fulfilled.

Frischer hopfiger Beginn mit malzigen Noten. Fruchtig, rund, der Hopfen ist passend eingesetzt. Gutes rundes, sehr süffiges Bier. Gefällt! 12/12/12/12/11/12

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber colour with a medium-sized and off-white foamy head. Herbal, fruity (citrus, pineapple), slightly resiny and ethereally/minty hoppy aroma, backed by mildly (cara-)malt. Moderately bitter and delicately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Smooth cara-malty base with herbal-spicy, slightly resiny and ethereally/icy hops; dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish, mainly herbal but with that specific Polaris-icy tang. Very good. 25.VIII.14

Bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, reife Früchte, hopfig. Geschmack mild fruchtig, hopfig, Eisbonbons, herb.
