Bottle from Chester Beer and Wine. Cloudy gold with small white head, little retention. Aroma is floral with a light sour note, some toffee and bread. Taste is somewhat astringent, grainy, floral, toasty finish. Light bodied and flat as a pancake. Poor.

500ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Minimally milky, amber colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white to off-white head. Fruity hoppy aroma, pale and caramel malty background, notes of berries, some yellow stone fruit, a touch of yellow and orange jelly. Taste is sweet-ish, pale and caramel malty, minimally bitter and slightly fruity hoppy, hints of yellow stone fruit, a touch of marmalade. Minimally oily, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Fairly fruity, fairly refreshing - quite OK.

500ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity and minimaly grassy, hoppy aroma, slightly biscuity, pale malty background, notes of mandarine, orange, a touch of grapefruit. Taste is tart-ish, mildly bitter, fruity and herbal hoppy, strawy, pale malty, hints of cooked fruit, a touch of quince, lemon, grapefruit, sorrel. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, scattered, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Not really what one expects from Mosaic and Amarillo, quite herbal and tart-ish - bit of a disappointment.
