During the summer you may see us at events such as the 'Norfolk Show' or 'East Anglian Game & Country' with our working Victorian wooden apple mill and press that we demonstrate on to show the public the equipment & techniques cider makers used many years ago!
We only use quality East Anglian orchard apples to create our drinks, we press the apples at our countryside barn and then allow for natural fermentation to commence creating our artisan traditional ciders. We use a mixture of culinary and dessert apples that creates a smooth cider that lacks astringency, almost like an apple wine and is around 7%abv.

Cask at the stanford Arms lowestoft. A hazed bright fluoro pink red coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sweet floury apple, raspberry, berry fruit, white sugar. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, jammy berries, raspberry, light tart apple. Floury wheat, apple. Palate is semi sweet, mellow carbonation. Pleasant enough, little artificial.

1/12/2020. Bottle from Roys of Wroxham food hall. Pours slightly hazy very pale gold with no head. Aroma of sweet, musty apple, cider vinegar, earthy notes, and a slight funky edge. Medium to heavy sugary sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, syrupy texture, flat carbonation. Not a fan.

Sample, many thanks to Grumbo for this! Pale golden yellow appearance with a light mist. Aroma of apple core and autumnal orchard. Oily palate, with tinned syrup and moderately sweet apple fruit.. a little raw around the edges at times with some woody core and pips coming through, perhaps a cobweb or two. Fine overall.

Super przyda sie na te zime, w tym kwaskowo przyprawowym cydrze zapewne sa zastosowane te przypawy. Jasno zolta metna barwa, zero piany, spora metnosc, kwaskowe i szalenie przyprawowe. Co my tu mamy, kardamon, ziele angielskie, drobne klacza kurkumy, suszone jablka i gruszki, moze deczko tez ananasa. korzen lukrecji tez chyba wyczulem. Doskonale do rogala swietomarcinskiego.
