A quarterly visit to Morrisons always heralds a half dozen new, often good craft beers in my experience. This one pours a hazy gold, with decent sized fluffy white head. Lovely tropical aroma with pineapple and coconut coming through in particular. Taste again very juicy with mango, pineapple, grapefruit, coconut, subtle zesty bitterness. Very good, a touch on the sweet side but enjoyable.

330ml can from Beer52. Hazy orange-gold with moderate sized fairly tight white head, nice retention. Lovely tropical aroma of passionfruit, pineapple, mango, spice, some green shrubbery. Smooth malts, with a soft carbonation. Tangy tropical and citrus fruit notes, somewhat creamy in note, coconut comes though on occasions. Not layered with flavour but very tasty.

330ml can from Beer52. Black with small tanned head, reasonable retention. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, coconut, maybe a little rich and sickly-sweet. Taste however isn't overly sweet. There are lovely smooth chocolate and coffee notes backed up by a rich coconut. Coffee bitterness in the finish with a warming alcohol. Medium+ body, soft carbonation. Yes, good stuff this one.

440ml can from Tesco, Skegness. Pours a hazy light gold, moderate sized foamy head, leaves a nice top with lacing. Aroma is tropical with pineapple and peach most notable, some green hops and soft malts. Taste is fruity with peach and tropical fruit notes, somewhat yeasty, touch spicy. Medium bodied with a nice smoothness from the malts. Carbonation a touch too much though. Good IPA.

Can. An almost black one, with a small beige head. The aroma has roasted malts, licorice, coffee hints and a light spiced hint. It's full to medium bodied and gently carbonated, sweet, with flavors of roasted malts, dark dried fruit and some toffee. Hints of licorice. Lasting finish. Nice indeed. 241228
