Can Liz brought back from the brewery. Pours clear copper with a moderate white head. Aroma is citrus/pine with an equal amount of tropicals. Med body or better. Flavor is dry and bitter. The spelt shows through. Citrus/pine and tropicals. Nice flavor.

Can that Liz brought back from the brewery. Pours clear bright copper/amber with a nice creamy white head. Aroma of ambery malt with a note of hop. Med body or so. Flavor is amber malt with more grass/spice than anticipated. Very good flavor. May nail the style.

Can Liz brought back from the brewery. Pours darkly hazy gold with a monstrous foamy white head. Aroma is peach/peach pit. Arguably med body. Dry and tart. Flavor matches the aroma. Shows a bit of astringency. Good sour.

Can Liz bought at the brewpub. Pours clear dark mahgoany with a monstrous tan head that started like a Guinness. Dark fruit aromas with a cola note. Med body. Flavor is mixed dark fruit, but cherry seems part of it, and there's something like malt with chocolate. Brandy is detectable and there's also a wood note. Seems sweet but also dry and slightly astringent. Seems complicated or simple depending on how I think about it. Interesting flavor.

Can @ Tomatillo, Dobbs Ferry (Nov 2023). Pours clear dark yellow-amber with a large foamy beige head, piney aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter piney taste, thin body, long piney finish. Not bad at all, I did not expect a proper IPA taste in a gluten-free brew.
