Can (12/29/25) from Steve. Opaque dark brown, trace sparkle, thin head quickly fading to ring, no lacing. Aroma is strong earthy, roasted malt, hints of coffee and dark chocolate. Taste is strong earthy, roasted malt, toasted marshmallow, hints of coffee, caramel, baker's chocolate. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, earthy, roasted, bitter finish. Not sure if this is the grain mix or what (have had gluten-filled beers that fall into this same trap), but don't love the earthiness. Everything else is pretty good but this just colors the whole thing.

Pours clear gold into a willi. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to coat surface. Caramel and toasted multigrain aromas. Medium bodied with sour citrus and earthy pith front to back. Abrupt marshmallow finish.

Black with a large foamy tan head that lingered and left decent lacing. Roasty, grainy and dry. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

A can for 3 bucks at vintage estates. Interesting clear orange color. Sweet aroma of hop candy. Boodthirsty backhanded brutal bitter. Hairbrained hostile horrible hoppiness. Pigheaded pessimistic pathetic piney. Reprehensible repugnant reckless resin. Sacrilegious sardonic scary shifty slanderous fermenting green grapefruit citrus. Overall, terribly tactfully tragically & tersely on style! As good as any of the quadzillion IPA thereabout that practically all taste the same. There, you have it. At least it has some carbonation & and an alky level to distract me from any mean maddening mendacious malevolently morbid mouthcoating effects. For a gluten free IPA, it's dead on style.

Can from Trader Joe's. Pours a slightly off-white sudsy head. Brassy color with just a hint of haze. Smell has that slightly catty 3C's hop smell. Taste brings back that big slap of pine and resin. I didn't think it's "pretty good for a gluten-free beer. It's just a good beer. Alcohol is not apparent.

Pours copper with a medium sized head. It smells of citrus and piney hops. It tastes citrusy and hoppy with caramel malt and a medium body. This was significantly better than I expected.

I’m ignoring my responsibilities today, and will drink a lot. Not sure how else to deal with my house.
